Pabellón deportivo
“Pabellón Deportivo” is a photographic map of a specific rural region in the province of Guadalajara. The abandonment of these places has led to a resurgence of nature, which has gradually filled the “cracks of ruin” in these structures—spaces that have lost their original function and purpose. These sites stand as testimonies to loss, crisis, and the end of the social project that once justified their existence, while simultaneously bearing witness to the rebirth and triumph of nature’s growth.
